Vocabulary
[Telescopic Specification]
When robot on the top of injection molding machine is operated in a factory with lower ceiling, to avoid vertical arm corrupt with the ceiling, telescopic style of vertical arm are used. Vertical arm is divided in half, and is withdrawn when arm moves up and is streched when arm moves down.
[Vibration Suppression Control]
The high technology which it made use of the strong point of servo robots for to the full is "Vibration Suppression Control".
"Vibration Suppression Control" means the technology of controlling motor running to reduce the "shake" when stopping the a high speed moving chuck.
This can shorten the time of waiting "shake" still, good for production efficiency.
[Multi-Functional Palletizing]
A function of arrange and put in order the parts on a belt conveyor or pallet after taking out from mold. Not only unload parts in-between parts, to arrange parts get close together, or to stock part. But also push to side have the part line with no room or changing direction before put down.
[Gate Cut at Traverse Beam]
When take out part with runner from mold, bring the part to traverse beam to do gate cutting (runner cutting). Equipped a special cutter on the end of traverse - opposite of the mold, cut the runner (gate) by servo operation. It is able to cut from any direction of 3 axis according to direction of the gate.
[Under Cut Release]
Some mold has under cut - can not pull straightly from mold to take out parts. Need Chuck to have additional function for release under cut out of mold.
[Optimize]
When chuck move down and forward (or up and backward) it doesn't go rectangularity but take an curved action to shorten the time of movement.
[Power Save Operation]
When arm unload part move back to upper part of mold, robot will follow molding time to reduce speed for saving power by itself.
[Servo Power OFF]
Vertical servo motor will power off when stand-by for next move. Vertical arm always carrying weight, electric consumption used even it stay still if power turns ON.
[Production Control Mode]
To manage production quantity, part sampling by robot itself.
Robot can count production numbers and will stop or keep on produce after the set amount reached. Sampling interval, times, sample take-out position all can be setup. And many other functions like rejecting unsteady part at very first beginning of molding, to setup rejection times, shutdown molding after consecutive NG signal etc.
[Auto Setup of Take-out]
To automatically setup/adjusting timer of taking out molded part.
(limited for part-side take-out only and vacuum part chuck used)
