| When take out part with runner from mold, bring the part to traverse beam
to do gate cutting (runner cutting). Equipped a special cutter on the end
of traverse - opposite of the mold, cut the runner (gate) by servo operation.

the gate. |

if power turns ON. |

To manage production quantity, part sampling by robot itself.
Robot can count production numbers and will stop or keep on produce after
the set amount reached. Sampling interval, times, sample take-out position
all can be setup. And many other functions like rejecting unsteady part
at very first beginning of molding, to setup rejection times, shutdown
molding after consecutive NG signal etc. |
